Packaging for food industries
Installed in 1990 in Pontecurone, in the completely renewed premises of an old brickyard, it has at its disposal adequate space for future development.
With a continuously renewed machine-yard, STAMPLAST represents the production unit of the Piber Group, specialized in the know-how and the patents for the production of compound packagings, obtained by injection moulding with the insertion of multilayer couplings or IML labels into the mould.
Stamplast packagings are used for the packing of food and pharmaceutical products in powder, in granules or in oxidation sensitive paste, thanks to their extraordinary impermeability to water, oxygen and aromas. The attention given to the problems of quality, hygiene and recycling, the profound knowledge of the used material, the flexibility of production, storage and delivery services are the strong points on which this company bases its real solutions for the packing needs of the major European food industries. STAMPLAST, with the UNI EN ISO 9001 – ED. 2000 certification, assures the constant quality of manufactured goods. The products are manufactured in a controlled area according to the technical standard BRCGS Packaging Materials.
In order to demonstrate its transparency and its commitment to social and ethical issues and thus contribute to creating ever more trust in its brand, STAMPLAST has chosen to be approved as a supplier on the SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) portal, one of the most important organizations dealing with ethical trade in the world.
SEDEX is an international database that collects all the companies that have passed a SMETA audit (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit), a company evaluation system that verifies labour, health and safety, environmental and ethical standards.
By accessing the SEDEX portal, it is possible to download the complete report of the latest SMETA audit of STAMPLAST.
In order to guarantee the sustainability requirements of its products, Stamplast has been certified according to the new ISCC PLUS standard, lnternational Sustainability & Carbon Certification, that allows companies in the supply chain to monitor and prove the sustainability of their products through the control of sustainability requirements, traceability.
