The PIBER GROUP is able to meet the demand of the customer-bracket looking for containers made with the thermo-forming technique. This process ensures light containers at competitive prices. At its new production plant in Rivanazzano (PV), ESBE – established in 1966 in Rapallo (GE) and joining the PIBER GROUP in 1982 – thermo-forms containers and lids, using a multiplicity of materials (PS, HPS, PP, PET, and barrier-composites) that are product-customised.

Elaborate 4 – and 5 – colour decorations are possible thanks to a modern rotogravure printing machine with automatic registers.
In 1993 invested heavily in technological integration, by installing a large coextruder for sheet thermo-forming, in order to guarantee to its customers the quality of its raw materials.
During 2005 a clean room has been built for products who needs a controlled environment.
ESBE, which duly obtained its UNI EN ISO 9001 certificate, ensures on-going quality of its articles produced in an environment that fully observes hygienic regulations.
The products are manufactured in a hygienic-sanitary controlled environment, according to the BRCGS Packaging Materials.

In order to demonstrate its transparency and its commitment to social and ethical issues and thus contribute to creating ever more trust in its brand, ESBE has chosen to be approved as a supplier on the SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) portal, one of the most important organizations dealing with ethical trade in the world.
SEDEX is an international database that collects all the companies that have passed a SMETA audit (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit), a company evaluation system that verifies labour, health and safety, environmental and ethical standards.
By accessing the SEDEX portal, it is possible to download the complete report of the latest SMETA audit of ESBE.
