Automatic thermo-sealing in-line machines suitable for the sealing of any kind of containers (made of plastic materials, aluminium, laminated cardboard), by means of suitable thermo sealing film.
The two machines HM40-HM65 differ according to their dimensional maximum thermo-sealing capacities with the possibility of thermo-sealing more containers at the same time, thus considerably increasing their productivity.
Particularly suitable to be used in the dairy and the gastronomic industry, butcheries, cooking centres etc.
This kind of thermo-sealing machine is featured with devices that enable the quick interchange of the container size to be sealed. The structure of the machine is made of stainless steel INOX AISI 304 and the parts of its mechanic structure are made of ANTICORODAL 6082 T6 with protective anodic covering against corrosion.
All the parts are protected by panels made of stainless steel INOX AISI 304 and clear polycarbonate panels that enable the visual control of the production. On the control
console a keyboard enables the definition of the speed values of the containers in progress, the setting of the temperatures, the sealing time, the time breaks between a cycle and the following cycle, the film unwinding time and the production monitoring.
These machines are available in the standard only thermo-sealing version and in the VG (Empty Gas) version, by means of which you can vacuum pack and/or in a modified atmosphere. A digital vacuum switch enables the control of the a.m. values.

These thermo-sealing machines can be equipped on demand with size changingdevices with one or more sealing areas inscribable with their maximum dimension,printed films centring system, empty containers destacker, volumetric dosers or mas-sive dosers for liquid or nearly dense products, lid fitting device, extended supply-ing board and exit conveyor belt, best before date or packing date printer, filling anddosing systems for specific products.
