Introduction
The Piber Group, with its head office in Voghera (PV) and its factories in the immediate vicinity, is situated right in the heart of the territory known as Oltrepo, an area concerned mainly with agriculture and tourism.

The Piber factories blend harmoniously into the surrounding countryside and the small lake set in the park adjoining the Piberplast plant is a frequent stopping place for herons and other birds, a refuge where they can find water, food and shelter from visitors and hunters.

The Piber Group recognises the importance of safeguarding the environment and it promotes and supports numerous initiatives aimed at protecting natural resources, such as the project aimed at encouraging a correct disposal of packaging at the end of its life cycle (Piberecycling), the acquisition of energy from renewable sources and the use of environmentally friendly pallets.
Furthermore Piber is a founder member of CONAI (National Packaging Union) and of COREPLA (National Union for the Collection, Recycling and Recovery of Plastic Packaging Waste Products).
